In order to make sure your order is fresh and accurate, please pay close attention to the guidelines below.
1. Holiday orders must be placed either through the online system, by calling us at (405) 843-2455 or visiting us in person at 7310 N. Western Ave., OKC, OK 73116. Any orders placed through our Contact Form or any social media site outside of our website online ordering cannot be fulfilled during the holiday rush.
2. Any changes to your order (other than cancellation) must be made by calling the store at (405) 843-2455.
3. All pricing is an estimate and prices could vary slightly at time of pickup due to industry market conditions, as well as price per pound, and/or actual weight of individual product ordered.
4. You will not pay for your order until your pickup date and sales tax will be added to your order when you checkout.
5. If you need any same day ordering (not available on Nov. 21 and Nov. 22), you MUST do this by phone to ensure availability with a staff member. On the days mentioned above, you will need to come in so we can wait on you in person so we recommend you call us a few days in advance to ensure we have what you need at (405) 843-2455.
6. Quiche orders need a 24 hour notice and can be picked up after 11am the following day. If you need an earlier pickup time, please call us to see if we can assist you with it – (405) 843-2455.
7. Because of the volume of holiday orders, deli items cannot be ordered online for now. Please pick them up as if it were a normal business day while picking up your holiday order.
8. ALL of our housemade sides WILL NOT BE READY FOR PICKUP until Tue., Nov. 21 at 10am (no exceptions).
9. Bill’s handcrafted Smoked Hams, Whole Smoked Turkeys or Roasted or Smoked Turkey Breasts WILL NOT BE READY FOR PICKUP until Tue., Nov. 21 at 10am. If you need any of Bill’s items mentioned above before then please call us to make sure we handle your order correctly by calling (405) 843-2455 or visiting us in person at 7310 N. Western Ave., OKC, OK 73116.
10. If you have any last minute products you are interested while picking up your order, please be sure to ask because we may have what you are looking for that wasn’t pre-ordered or reserved.
To begin, simply click on products below to select your options and find out FAQs about each product and add it to your Cart. Come back to this page to keep adding items to your Cart. When you are ready, go to our Checkout to finalize your order and choose a pickup date and time slot. Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an email with your order number and a summary of your order as well. Please have your order number with you when you arrive on your pickup date .
